Free Community Yoga at My Office
Join me for a free monthly yoga class held at my therapy office on the second Friday of each month from 6:00–7:00 pm.
This class offers a grounded, intentional practice with slightly more movement than my restorative community offerings, while remaining accessible and supportive. Expect a blend of mindful flow, breath awareness, and moments of pause, designed to help you release the week and settle into your evening.
Because this class takes place in a small, private space, registration is required and space is limited.
This is a community wellness offering and is not psychotherapy or yoga therapy.

Participants were invited to soften into their bodies, open to insight, and reconnect with their inner landscape through breath, intentional movement, resonant sound, and guided reflection.
