LGBTQ+ Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) Group
Healing happens in safe containers; healing deepens in affirming community.
This LGBTQ+ ketamine-assisted psychotherapy group offers both- an intentional space to experience the therapeutic effects of ketamine while being held in a room of people who understand your lived experience.
Come as you are. Leave a little lighter.
This monthly ketamine-assisted psychotherapy group is designed specifically for LGBTQ+ individuals seeking both mental health support and meaningful community connection.
In the current social and political climate, many LGBTQ+ folks are carrying an added emotional and psychological burden. This group offers a space to soften that weight—through the therapeutic effects of ketamine and the healing power of being in a room with people who understand your lived experience.
Ketamine can help reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, and emotional rigidity.

4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Group Size
Limited to 6 participants to preserve safety, intimacy, and depth of experience.
Cost
$150 per session
Participants register one group at a time.
Registration Requirements
Registration is required for all participants.
If you already have a ketamine prescription:
You may register up to 72 hours before the group.If you do not yet have a prescription:
Please register at least two weeks in advance so you can complete a medical intake with the prescriber and allow time for the medication to arrive.
What to Expect
Each group includes:
Opening grounding and intention setting
Guided ketamine experience
Quiet personal journey time
Gentle group integration and reflection
This group is facilitated by a licensed mental health professional.
What to Bring
You are encouraged to bring comfort items such as:
Pillow
Blanket
Sleep mask
Water bottle
Journal
Comfort items are also available at the office if needed. Please wear comfortable clothing.
If you plan to ingest your medication rather than expel it, you will need to arrange a ride home after group, as you will not be able to drive.

Participants are encouraged (but not required) to have an individual therapist for ongoing support. Individual integration sessions with Jenna are available if additional support is desired.
Cancellation Policy
Because this is a small, specialized therapeutic group with limited space, the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before group will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the group are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend due to illness or emergency, your payment may be applied to a future group at the clinician’s discretion.
This policy exists because your reserved spot cannot typically be filled on short notice, and preparation for this group begins well before we meet.

This is not a set group, but rather an “on-demand” group.
For those seeking the powerful effects of ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) in a more accessible, community-oriented format, this group offering allows you to journey with trusted friends by your side.
Group KAP sessions provide a unique opportunity to explore altered states of consciousness, supported by the presence of a safe and familiar group, gentle facilitation, and integrative therapeutic practices.
This 3-hour session includes:
First half: Group check-in, intention setting, and guided preparation
Second half: Ketamine journey (facilitated by a licensed psychotherapist), followed by grounding, gentle integration practices, and shared reflection
🌿 Sessions are closed once booked to maintain safety, trust, and container integrity.
🧘 All participants must complete a medical screening with our collaborating prescriber prior to participation.
